The George Pendleton Prize and Florida events

"1812: The Navy's War" has received the 2012 George Pendleton Prize for an outstanding book.The award will be presented at the 2012 SHFG awards luncheon on March 21, 2012. What a great honor to be selected.
The events in the mid-Atlantic last week were very exciting. As you can see from the photo we had a full house at all events and met many wonderful people. Now on to some events in Florida.
